Subprocessors List

Chakrasoft Private Limited is a data processor and engages the subprocessors listed below to help provide the Service. This list forms part of our Data Processing Agreement and may be updated from time to time in accordance with its terms.

1. Infrastructure and Hosting

  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) — cloud hosting, storage, database, and compute infrastructure for the Service, including self-hosted AI models, log storage, and search infrastructure (Elasticsearch and Kibana) run on ChakraHQ’s own AWS infrastructure (Mumbai, India).

2. AI Processing

Where AI Products use third-party AI providers, as described in our Additional Product Terms, the following subprocessors apply:

  • OpenAI, L.L.C. — AI/LLM processing (USA).
  • Anthropic, PBC — AI/LLM processing (USA).

ChakraHQ also operates self-hosted AI models on its own infrastructure (AWS, Mumbai, India); in that case, Input and Output do not leave ChakraHQ’s AWS infrastructure and no additional third-party AI provider is involved.

3. Messaging

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — WhatsApp Business Platform messaging functionality (global).

4. Email Delivery

  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon SES) — transactional and account-related email delivery.

5. Payment Processing

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for international customers (USA).
  • Razorpay Software Private Limited — payment processing for Indian customers (India).

6. Support and Ticketing

Customer support and ticketing is handled directly within the ChakraHQ platform. We do not use a third-party helpdesk or ticketing subprocessor.

7. Analytics

  • Google LLC (Google Analytics) — website and product usage analytics (EU).
  • PostHog — product usage analytics (EU).

8. Error and Log Monitoring

  • Google LLC (Firebase Crashlytics) — crash and error monitoring for the ChakraHQ Android and iOS apps (see our Privacy Policy for detail).
  • Application and infrastructure logs are monitored using Elasticsearch and Kibana, self-hosted on ChakraHQ’s own AWS infrastructure (Mumbai, India) — no third-party subprocessor receives this data.

9. Changes to This List

We will give at least 20 days’ notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor on this list, in accordance with the "Sub-processors" section of our Data Processing Agreement. To receive notice of changes, or to object to a new subprocessor, please contact us using the details below.
