Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP applies to all customers, users, and third parties who access or use our Service, including our messaging, chat, and automation products. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person or group;
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam; and
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.

Where the Service is used to send messages via WhatsApp or other messaging channels, you must comply with all applicable messaging platform policies (including the WhatsApp Business Policy), obtain proper opt-in consent from recipients before messaging them, and honor opt-out requests promptly. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited marketing messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them.

Where the Service includes AI-powered or automated chatbot features ("AI Products"), you must not:

• rely on AI-generated Output for a decision affecting a person’s legal rights, health, safety, or finances without independent human review;
• misrepresent AI-generated Output as being human-generated, or fail to disclose to a Person that they are interacting with an AI system where the Service is used to communicate with them;
• use an AI Product, or its Output, to build or train a competing AI product or service, or attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or infer the underlying model, parameters, or prompts of an AI Product; or
• submit Input to an AI Product that you do not have the right to share, or that contains Sensitive Personal Information not permitted under our Privacy Policy.

You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measures, without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, for any account found to be in violation.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
