Wallet
In the billing section you can access your Credit Wallet. The Wallet allows you to top up credits which then can be used against billing overages which you incur while using this product.
Please note that Meta Conversation Charges are not charged from the wallet. The conversation charges are charged by Meta directly to your payment method configured against your WABA account.
Phone Number Overages
The number of unique phone numbers for your account are counted per billing cycle. If any phone number has a Connected status in a given billing cycle, this is counted as a single unit in your count of phone numbers.
What happens when a new phone number is connected?
When a new phone number is connected, or a previously disconnected phone number is re-connected then your connected phone number count for the current billing cycle is incremented. If you disconnect this phone number after a few days, the number will not be counted against the next billing cycle's overages. But it will be counted for the current billing cycle.
How are overages charged at the beginning of a billing cycle?
At the beginning of every billing cycle, the system counts the number of actively connected phone number. If the number of phone numbers is greater than what is allowed in your plan, we try to charge for the extra numbers from your wallet.
What happens if wallet has insufficient funds but i have extra phone numbers?
In this case the system will block the usage of the extra phone numbers for both incoming and outbound messages after a short grace period.
